and send sound files for transcription via our cloud based system or
by email.
A SEAMLESS SERVICE
Our partnerships with BigHand and Winscribe ensures files can be
transferred seamlessly to our teams, directly from these platforms
as easily as sending them to in-house secretaries.
Experienced, UK-based secretaries, work within our server-based
system, ensuring no files are saved to local machines. Once
checked by our Quality Assurance (Law graduates with LPC/BPTC qualification) team, files are returned as encrypted email attachments.
SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
We can also type directly in your case or document management
system, so confidential files never leave your system. A notification
email will alert you when the work has been completed.
